This Privacy Policy covers the Epilog application, website, and launch waitlist, including how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

2. Personal Data Collected

The launch waitlist collects first name, email address, selected mobile platform, segment, locale, landing/referrer, campaign parameters, consent version and timestamp. The application may collect account, training and service data described in the relevant screens.

3. Purposes

Waitlist data is used to record and confirm registration, announce launch, send the appropriate platform information, measure campaign attribution, prevent abuse, and provide support. Account data supports application access and service delivery.

4. Legal Basis

Waitlist and launch marketing messages rely on explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Service and account processing relies on contract performance or legitimate legal obligations as applicable.

5. Data Retention

Waitlist data is retained until the launch communication cycle ends or consent is withdrawn, then deleted or minimized subject to legal proof requirements. Account and billing data follow their own contractual and statutory retention periods.

6. Data Sharing

Data is never sold. For the waitlist, OptinMate processes the form and resilience records, while Brevo stores the contact and sends confirmation or launch emails. Other technical providers receive only the data needed to operate Epilog.

7. Data Security

Technical and organizational safeguards protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. User Rights

GDPR rights include access, correction, deletion, and processing restrictions via support@epilog.fit.

9. Policy Changes

Updates may occur; continued use indicates acceptance.
